How it works
Your non-profit organization needs to raise money; we can help. Schedule a fundraiser day at your Harvey’s and we’ll donate 15% of the food and beverage sales from the participating guests. -
Step #1
A representative from your non-profit must fill out the informational online form. (No phone calls please.) -
Step #2
A member of the Fundraising Team will contact you to schedule your event. -
Step #3
Your organization will receive a custom .pdf and .jpg flyer with details about your fundraiser. It is your organization’s responsibility to print, distribute and spread the word about your event. You may not distribute flyers on the restaurant’s property on the date of your event, including the parking lot. -
Step #4
15% of pre-tax sales from guests who present the flyer will be donated to your organization. -
Step #5

Harvey’s Grill and Bar will not schedule fundraiser events for the following:
- Individuals seeking money
- Organizations who cannot show proof of non-profit status or a federal tax identification number.
- Politicians, political parties, or political organizations
